Despite being considerably new to the Kpop scene, both Sistar and Boyfriend have already gained recognition and popularity for themselves. Boyfriend was recently crowned “Music Video Best New Artist” by MTV Korea’s 2011 SBS MTV Best of the Best awards while Sistar has grabbed the number 1 slot on Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 charts with their first album “So Cool!”

Synopsis
Singapore, 4th January 2012 – Launch Entertainment and Starship Entertainment will join forces this coming February to present K-POPʼs most-buzzed about groups, SISTAR and BOYFRIEND, in Singapore.
SISTAR, a four-member girl band, received much recognition and popularity soon after their debut with the first single ʻPush Pushʼ and 2nd single ʻShady Girlʼ, and went on to top the chart for the first time with the successful follow-up release of their 3rd single ʻHow Dare Youʼ.
With their catchy tunes and impeccable choreographed dance moves, it comes as no surprise that the band is now one of K-Popʼs hottest offerings. As a testament to their fast-growing popularity, SISTAR dominated and clinched the coveted No.1 spot with their 1st studio album ʻSo Coolʼ on Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 chart, beating strong competitors such as Leesang and 2NE1.
Joining them would be recently crowned “Music Video Best New Artist” by MTV Koreaʼs 2011 SBS MTV Best of the Best awards, BOYFRIEND. With their high energetic stage presence and animatronic good looks, these boys are soon becoming a household name in Korea. Ticketing Details (excluding $3 Sistic Fees): $98 (floor area in front of the stage), $78 (floor sides & 2nd tier center seats), $58 (3rd tier seats)
Tickets are available from 19th January at all SISTIC counters islandwide.
There will be no autograph sessions but there will be a high 5 opportunity which Launch Group will reveal more details on a later date. However, this will only be for a specific number of people.
