KARA’s K5J Singapore Showcase

Brought to you by MediaCorp VizPro, KARA’s K5J Singapore Showcase will be set to hold on the 10th of July 2012 at Resorts World Convention Centre. This will be the first official appearance of KARA in Singapore ever since their debut in 2007.

Synopsis

KARA, the multi–‐award winning South Korean girl group, will be here to meet their Singapore fans for the very first time. Having sold more than 1.18 million albums in Japan in 2011, KARA is one of the most influential K–‐Pop celebrity groups and fashion icons today. With recent chart–‐topping hits such as “Super Girl” and “Step”, KARA have established themselves as a powerhouse in Asian entertainment and a role model for their fans across the globe.

Making their debut in Japan in 2010, Kara was dubbed Japan's #1 Rookie Artist of 2010 by Oricon and received the New Artist Of The Year Award (International) from the Japan Gold Disc Awards. In April 2011, the group achieved their first #1 single with "Jet Coaster Love", making them the first foreign female group since the creation of the Oricon (43 years ago) to rank #1 in the 1st week of release and the first foreign female group in 30 years to rank #1 in the charts all together. KARA is the very first Korean girl group to top the Japan Oricon Weekly Single Chart.

The first 80 fans with showcase entry passes at Causeway Point will get an exclusive poster with KARA's autographs each.

Admission Rules

No admission for infant in arms and child aged below 3 years old. Child 3 years old and above must purchase ticket for admission.

No Photography, Video recording and Audio recording is allowed for this event.
